How a course runs :
- We welcome you at the Naeco cabin located on the beach of Messanges Sud, 20 minutes before the beginning of the session, in order to help you prepare.
- An equipment adapted to the level and to the morphology of each one will be given to you: board, wetsuit of season, lycra.
- We guarantee you 1h30 of activity including mental and physical conditioning, knowledge of the local conditions, safety rules and of course… surfing!
- Course times depend on the tide, the quality of the sandbanks and the wave conditions.
- Our courses are supervised by qualified instructors who speak English and Spanish and have only one objective: to share their passion for surfing.
- Our goal is to provide you with the keys to success.
- According to your level, our commitment will be: standing up, gliding independently, manoeuvres for the most efficient…. in a friendly atmosphere and above all lots of cheerfulness!

If you want to take one or more surfing lessons as an initiation (1h30 discovery) or courses (3, 4 or 5 lessons) or even more if you feel like it, this is the formula you need. We organize small groups according to levels, not exceeding 8 persons per instructor for a better quality of instruction.

KIDS COURSES « LA P’TITE VAGUE » ( 6 - 9 YEARS)
To allow our kids to familiarize themselves with the waves, a gentle discovery of surfing, little glides in the foam (push foam game!), in complete safety. The lessons are adapted to our young public. The groups do not exceed 8 surfers. Naeco offers 1 hour or 1h30 lessons.
